Role Overview:

Vivasoft, a leading software outsourcing company, is seeking a talented Senior Machine Learning Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Machine Learning Developer, you will design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and solutions, collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of ML algorithms, deployment pipelines, and software development best practices. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable AI-driven products and mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models (supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, etc.) to solve business problems.
• Train machine learning and deep learning models https://linkd.so/3CmXon a computing cluster for visual recognition, such as segmentation and detection
• Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Create end-to-end pipelines to preprocess, train, validate, and deploy models into production.
• Work with large datasets to identify patterns, extract features, and transform raw data into a usable format for machine learning models.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality data availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data science, product, engineering) to integrate ML solutions into applications and products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and deep learning technologies.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve solutions.
• Monitor the performance of deployed models and continuously improve them.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement robust testing and validation for ML systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Proven experience with ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), R, or similar languages.
• Proficiency in building and deploying ML pipelines (TensorFlow Serving, MLflow, SageMaker, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for ML model deployment
• Experience with Machine Learning Platforms like Azure ML, Azure AI Studio, Google Platform or AWS.
• Solid understanding of software development practices (version control, CI/CD, testing).
• Experience with data visualization and data wrangling tools (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Tableau, etc.). Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
