Responsibilities

• Prepare Submittals, cut sheets, and product data. For Chemical feeding pots, expansion tanks, valves, fittings, pipelines and shop drawings.
• QC Checks of the work performed by the Mechanical Sub-Contractor at the site.
• Take measurements and prepare the Running bill of the Mechanical Sub-Contractor.
• Plan and schedule for Two weeks look ahead schedule [detail breakdown of activities].
• Plan for material and manpower at the site as per two weeks look ahead schedule.
• Coordinate with End users for site access via Site team members for site mobilization.
• Coordination with Subcons such as electrical parts, mechanical parts and civil parts sub-contractors
• Prepare monthly Invoice as per site progress % and submit the Invoice to PM as per project cost loaded schedule.
• Resolve QC-related issues related to OBO guidelines and Post Supervisors and site issues without overburdening the project Cost.
• Preparation of weekly and Monthly progress reports
• Time to time Coordination with Subcon and vendors to confirm the Beneficiary Occupy date [BOD] of a project so that it could inform the Client in the close-out session of the project.
• Assist with the As-built drafting section, compile product data for O & M manual preparation and provide information for updating the red ink changes for As-built preparation.
• Follow-up to obtain the O & M training manual for compilation and preparation of O & M training
• Coordination with Post team members to schedule for O & M training sessions with certified technicians.
• Submission of Closeout documents to Client. 

Qualifications

• Should have past experience of at least one project done with scroll chiller plant [minimum of 400T] installation from Start to end of the project.
• Should have extensive knowledge of chiller pipelines fabrication, assembling, pressure testing of supply and return pipes from chillers.
• Should have past experience of chiller testing, commissioning, and operation and Maintenance of Scroll chillers.
• Should have past experience of for completion of at least One OBO specification-based project.
• Should have knowledge of submittals, approvals and shop drawings procedure of OBO standard projects.
• Should have past experience of handling the Mechanical [material vendor+ labor] part from Contractor side.
