Understand complexities of the service, gather all technical knowledge necessary for effective presentation and delivery of service to clients.
Assist in execution of marketing plans
Participate in marketing research, understand the marketing strategies of the company, take initiative to introduce new marketing ideas
Contact potential clients, mainly renowned corporate houses, market company services
Analyze the clients’ need, design a customized internet / intranet based solutions to meet their requirement
Develop time plans, courses of action, execute and monitor necessary process for service delivery Assume responsibility for coordinating with other departments for managing the logistics, completing documentation, and close the deals effectively
After sales follow up, obtain customer’s feedback and maintain good relationship
Conduct field visits, act as a liaison between the company and clients
Take initiative to identify business prospects, obtain marketplace information, ensure brand identity, make recommendations based on findings
