Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, drive user acquisition, and elevate the Fonepoints brand through in-house ATL/BTL and digital campaigns. The Marketing Manager ensures all marketing efforts align with the company’s key goals—particularly user onboarding (2.1M target), app registrations (500k), and overall brand visibility.
Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution:
ATL & BTL Promotions
- Plan and execute advertising initiatives such as TV, radio, print, outdoor ads (ATL) and on-ground activations, in-store promotions, and mall booths (BTL).
- Work with Field Activation & Events teams to ensure smooth logistics and maximize user engagement.
Digital Marketing & User Acquisition
- Develop and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, email, and push notifications.
- Own key funnel metrics (CPA, CTR, conversion rates) and adjust strategies to hit user onboarding targets.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure all marketing materials (visuals, messaging, copy) adhere to Fonepoints’ brand guidelines.
- Coordinate closely with the Creative & Content team for the timely production of campaign assets.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
Offers & Redemption Coordination
- Liaise with the Customer Success & Offers Management team to identify top deals or high-priority offers that need extra promotional push.
- Integrate key redemption messages or partner highlights into marketing campaigns.
Partner Onboarding / BD Support
- Develop co-marketing programs to support newly onboarded merchants and highlight unique deals that can attract more user engagement.
- Provide partner-specific marketing assets for merchant promotions when necessary.
Central Data Team & Reporting
- Work with the Central Data Team to gather performance metrics (ROI, user retention, campaign success rates).
- Present weekly/monthly reports to the Head of Marketing & Branding or CEO, highlighting progress against user acquisition and brand-awareness goals.
Team Leadership & Process Management:
Junior Marketing Staff & Specialists
- Supervise junior marketers, digital specialists, or field coordinators, ensuring clarity on goals and timelines.
- Provide guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Budget Oversight
- Manage assigned marketing budgets, and allocate spending across channels (ATL, BTL, digital) for optimal ROI.
- Keep track of campaign costs, negotiate with vendors when necessary, and ensure spending aligns with company forecasts.
Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate and refine marketing processes for speed, effectiveness, and adaptability.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitor moves, and best practices to maintain Fonepoints’ brand leadership.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3–5+ years in marketing roles, ideally with exposure to both digital (performance marketing) and traditional (ATL, BTL) campaigns and a proven track record of meeting user acquisition targets or brand growth KPIs.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with loyalty programs, e-commerce, or consumer-focused apps is a plus
