Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives for each brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product/service developments.

Brand Management:

  • Cultivate a strong brand presence for each product, ensuring consistent messaging and brand guidelines are adhered to.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of target audiences for each brand.

Campaign Management:

  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future strategies.

Content Development:

  • Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and designers to produce high-quality materials.

Digital Marketing:

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant influencers, organizations, and platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with partners to execute joint marketing initiatives.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of a tleast 3 years in marketing roles, with a focus on Ed-Tech and SaaS industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Ed-Tech ecosystem and trends.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
