Job Description

Promoting, presenting and positioning our services among the potential clients and generating/ maintaining the existing clients by delivering customized services of the highest standard.

Scanning, analyzing and evaluating various business areas to create and expand our business prospects
Strategic and analytical planning of the services for the market based on the set targets and data analysis
Preparing and presenting our services to Corporate clients
Preparing, forwarding and finalizing agreement on terms and following up customer contracts
Delivering services by coordinating with other departments & assisting clients to use the services
Receiving and collecting customer feedback, complaints, requests and guiding them to proper channels for resolution of their issues
Engaging proactively in marketing research, preparing and submitting marketing report
