Functional Title: Senior Marketing Analyst

Position Summary:

The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible to take both direction and work intuitively to maintain a favorable public image of the Company. The work area includes Corporate Affairs where the position holder shall be involved in designing campaigns to reach customers, employees, shareholders, industry analysts and other stakeholders. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Marketing Analyst include the following:

• Create and communicate favourable public image of the Company
  
• Handles official Facebook page, Twitter page and Linked In profile and respond to the queries on behalf of the company
  
• Process incoming E-mails on the company's official E-mail addresses;
  
• Deal with vendors to publish Company's advertisement and other media articles for improvement of the Company's image
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Business communication, leadership & project management skills;
• Vendor relationship & negotiation skills
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and presentation/graphic packages
• Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills

Functional Title: Senior Research Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Research Analyst include the following:

• Analyze corporate news, public documents, policies and circulars issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, Insurance Board, Securities Board of Nepal and other regulatory bodies on a daily basis to keep oneself updated about the happenings in the market
  
• Attend a daily departmental meeting and leads/participates in discussion with other team members regarding the market trends and other news which are likely to have an impact on capital markets
  
• Follow the international and national market to formulate the investment strategy with information about the most volatile stocks in the respective sectors and the reasons behind it and find out any developments in the various sectors
  
• Support the Investment Manager on delivering the department’s work on equity related analysis, portfolio and asset allocation with the Portfolio of the Company and the clients
  

Education and Experiences:

• Master’s Degree (at least first division) in commerce/management, statistics, finance, economics or CA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA Level II Qualified
  
• Age not exceeding 28 years
