We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Policy, People, and Operations to lead our Human Resources team in implementing policies, optimizing operational efficiency, and developing our talent. Reporting to the HR Director, this role is critical in ensuring our workforce is aligned with our strategic goals while maintaining a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Human Resources Management: Oversee all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Policy Development: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce administrative overhead.
- Talent Development: Create and implement talent development programs to nurture employee skills and career growth, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure the alignment of HR operations with strategic business objectives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR management experience, including policy development, talent development, and operational efficiency improvement.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve HR processes to achieve business goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure performance.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
