Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and client success? Zakipoint Health is looking for a Senior Manager to lead our client services and project management divisions. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of our products, optimize data operations, and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily data operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee implementation and delivery of client-related modules and products.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are completed on time with efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver client solutions effectively.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans that align with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the healthcare delivery model.
  • Identify potential risks and communicate them to the management team to address them timely.
  • Cultivate strong collaboration among Engineering, QA, Design, and other cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in data/operations management or client delivery.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Open Project, Jira.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
