Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a talented Magento 2x developer that will oversee creating and maintaining eCommerce websites. Your duties will include developing Magento modules, coding the templates, troubleshooting interface issues, testing website performance, and updating security patches for different websites. Additionally, you will be cooperating with the program manager, marketing team, and design team to develop different modules and templates and apply any required front-end changes for different projects.

Essentials Duties and Responsibilities

Building and configuring Magento 2x eCommerce websites and coding the Magento templates.
Must have the ability to develop Magento Modules and Customization, Extension Development.
Demonstrable knowledge of API integration, Payment Gateway, Shipping, etc.
Developing Magento modules in PHP using best practices.
Designing themes and interfaces and setting performance tasks and goals.
Troubleshooting integration issues and updating website features and security patches.
Full understanding of the Magento themes and templating systems.
Strong PHP, JavaScript, MYSQL, SQL, Object-Oriented Programming, and RDBMS concepts.
Strong understanding of Performance Tuning, Browser Compatibility, SEO Practices, and Version Control.
Understanding modern UI/UX trends. Knowledge of React JS, Node JS, Google Tag Manager, SEO, Google Analytics, and PPC.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Magento Developer
Bachelor’s degree in a related field will be preferable.

Skills and Knowledge

Advanced knowledge of Magento, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, CSS, and MySQL.
Complete understanding of eCommerce lifecycle development.
Magento 2x programming
Exceptional problem solving and client-facing communication skills
English proficiency
Knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Experience with agile methodologies and Git-based source control.
Experience interfacing with business clients/teams is mandatory.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage projects and work to strict deadlines.
Ability to work in a team environment.
