Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Liaison Officer to handle all land, Nagar Palika, and related government interactions for our upcoming casino-hotel project. The candidate will focus on securing approvals, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring smooth facilitation of legal and administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Nagar Palika (municipal authorities) for land use, approvals, and building permits
  • Manage processes for land acquisition, title verification, and related documentation
  • Coordinate with environmental authorities for environmental clearances and compliance documentation
  • Interact with tax authorities for assessments, filings, and issue resolution
  • Maintain strong working relationships with government bodies, regulatory departments, and local authorities to expedite approvals
  • Draft and submit official documents, applications, and correspondence to various agencies
  • Track changes in local policies/regulations and provide timely updates to management
