About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior lead SEO to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid setting from Kathmandu. As the Sr Lead SEO, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, developing and implementing SEO strategies that will elevate our online presence and drive organic traffic. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic search visibility, drive traffic, and improve search engine rankings. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Kathmandu)

Salary: Rs 70000- Rs 100000

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and optimize content accordingly.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to enhance search engine visibility.
Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
Conduct technical audits and implement changes to improve website performance and speed.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all content.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or senior role.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with PPC and other digital marketing channels.
