Salary Range: NPR 50,000 - 70,000

Our mission is to provide safe and hygienic food and snacks at affordable prices. We specialize in healthy food products such as Oatmeal, Muesli, Choco Flakes, Soya Chunks, and Cornflakes. Role Description: The Senior HR Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR tasks, including the development and implementation of HR policies, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also involves overseeing HR management and playing a crucial role in driving the company's HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, aligning them with company objectives and legal standards.
  • Manage recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Administer and ensure accuracy in monthly payroll, overtime (OT), and travel allowances (TA/DA).
  • Handle employee relations, conduct investigations when necessary, and maintain compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee performance management, employee development, and compensation programs.
  • Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and foster a positive work culture.
  • Lead HR initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide leadership to the HR team.
  • Utilize HRIS for data management, implement analytics for decision-making, and stay updated on HR technology trends.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management and development of HR policies.
  • Familiarity with labor and employment laws.
  • Excellent understanding of employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification in HR is a plus.
  • Candidates with previous experience in FMCG/Manufacturing/Distribution companies will be given priority.
