Experience Required : More than or equals to 2 years
Other Specification
  • Graduation / MBA with HRM preferred
  • Human resource development & counselling
  • Previous experience in human resources function mainly handling of HR planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training and development in a reputed organization preferably in hospitality industry
  • Proven communication skills – including the ability to compose documents on classification, compensation and other HR programs for all levels of the organization 
  • Proven  skills  and  experience  in  the  implementation  of  new  programs,  with  the  ability to  gain  ‘buy-in’  at  several  levels within the organization. 
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuade others on sensitive and competing issues
  • Good knowledge of office software 

Job Description

  • Analyzes, develops, and recommends sound plans, programs and procedures, in the areas of classification,
  • compensation, employee recognition and others matters related to employee relations and equity
  • Acts  as  a  resource  to  management  personnel  in  the  areas  of  job  design,  organizational  structures  and  work  load  distribution
  • Develops  the  appropriate  communication  plans  and  literature  as it  relates  to classification,compensation  practices  and  
  • HR programs
  • Oversees the administration of compensation programs
  • As a Head of HR responsible for entire gamut of human resources management function
