Caritas Nepal applies animation approach and sector-specific participatory approaches to empower the poor, marginalized, and disadvantaged class of people to reduce poverty, hunger, secure humanitarian assistance in the situation of man-made and natural emergency and therefore to realize social justice and peace.

Job Description

Purpose:

  • To lead the HR unit in planning, organizing and delivering the support required for successful implementation of the recovery

Requirements:

  • Master degree in Management, Business Administration, Organization Development or related fields. Certified on TOT or other HR skills are advantages
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR works or 3 years of experiences in managerial role
  • Skills in Organizational Development, HR Policy development, Performance Management, HR development, Recruitment and staff contract, Compensation and benefits, Employment Insurance Policies, Market Employment research, Spiritual nurture, Conflict resolution and Stress management. 
  • Computer Knowledge : Word and excel, Database Management
  • Knowledge on Local and International Labor laws
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Nepali
  • Able to build Interpersonal relationship with other partner NGOs
  • Understand and sensitive to local culture.
  • Good Team Player but able to work independently
  • Integrity and accountability
