Roles and responsibilities of this job
- Develop and execute the company's HR strategy in alignment with the company's business goals.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Create and implement programs for employee development, training, and succession planning.
- Promote a learning culture within the organization.
- Cultivate a positive and engaging organizational culture that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
- Implement performance management systems to monitor, evaluate, and enhance employee performance.
- Continuous monitor changes in Labour laws and adapt HR practices accordingly.
- Handle Critical Exit Procedure of employee.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing and resolving employee concerns and conflicts.
- Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, employment regulations, and workplace safety standards.
- Ensure cost-effective HR practices.
- Promote employee engagement and involvement in the company's mission.

Experience:
10yrs-15yrs Experience in Human Resource Management Role. Must have at least 5 years and above of Experience in a specific managerial role such as HR Head, HR Manager, or Senior HR Manager.
Age: 35yrs above
- Master's degree in related field (specialization in HR and HR certifications preferred).
- Proven experience in senior HR roles, with a track record of effective HR leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
