The position will be working as a Head of Department
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employee
Maintain proper filing system and documentation of overall activities of day to day HR functions
Develop and implement the performance management system
Resolving employee grievances, complains and taking strict action according to labor policy of Nepal
Preparing compensation and benefit plans and monthly payroll
Routine tasks related to Human Resource
Reports directly to the Company Director
