Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Growth and Counseling Manager to lead our employee development, coaching, and well-being initiatives. This role is a strategic blend of organizational development, psychological insight, and leadership coaching. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our culture, enhancing employee performance, and supporting individual growth through targeted counseling and development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling and Admissions:

  • Provide expert guidance on study options in the UK, Ireland, and other key destinations.
  • Assess students’ academic background, English proficiency, and financial capabilities. 
  • Guide students through the entire application, admission, and visa process.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing applications, SOPs, and supporting documentation. 
  • Liaise with universities and colleges for offers, follow-ups, and escalations when needed. 
  • Ensure compliance with visa requirements and internal company standards. 
  • Mentor and support junior counselors and interns.
  • Lead training sessions on new destination updates, admission policies, and compliance guidelines. 
  • Share best practices to improve counseling quality and conversion rates. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families. 
  • Conduct information sessions, one-on-one consultations, and webinars. 
  • Meet monthly counseling and conversion targets. 
  • Maintain CRM records, student files, and progress reports. 
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to management.

Business Development and Partnerships:

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, language schools, and other stakeholders. 
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase student recruitment numbers. 
  • Represent the company at education fairs, networking events, and partner meetings. 
  • Negotiate and manage institutional agreements, commission structures, and partnership terms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan outreach campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives. 
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets. 
  • Build and maintain strong professional networks within the education industry. 
  • Track report on business development performance and return on investment (ROI). 
  • Develop sales pipelines and follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates. 
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
