Job Description

As a Senior Fullstack Laravel Developer and Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of the company's web applications and software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and ensuring that all code is developed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and delivery of web applications and software solutions using Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure that all code is developed to the highest standards, including code quality, scalability, and security.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to development processes and workflows.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure that all software is of the highest quality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all software development projects.
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that all software is developed to meet business and customer needs.
