As a full-stack engineer at Naamche, you'll be a key player in our team of talented engineers and designers. We're looking for someone who can lead as well as follow and bring new ideas to the table. Our idea candidate is someone with a good command in web as well as mobile software development and deployment, is obsessed with engineering finesse and doesn’t shy away from managerial responsibility. Job Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining web applications using ReactJS/NextJS.
• Developing, maintaining and releasing mobile applications using React Native.
• Working on the backend application logic and integrating with third party services while ensuring system reliability. Familiarity with both REST and GraphQL API paradigms.
• You will be expected to lead the communication with stakeholders in the US to understand project requirements and presenting application demo to the stakeholders
• Collaborate with the product and design team to define, design, and ship new features
• Leading a team of junior engineers and supervising their work.
• You will be directly responsible for ensuring the quality of the application that gets released.

Job Requirements

Skill Set

• You should be proficient in ReactJS, NextJS and React Native. You should be able to show examples of applications you have worked on. Lack of experience can only be compensated by excellent knowledge of adjacent tech stack or core fundamentals.
• You have experience working with both backend and frontend tech stacks. You consider tech stack as a means to an end and do not shy away from picking up new skills quickly.
• You have experience releasing applications in production (both frontend and backend) or at least know the lifecycle well enough to bring it into practice
• You possess excellent communication skills in English and are confident in presenting your work to stakeholders
• You have a passion for developing products, not just writing softwares, i.e. you think beyond the JIRA tickets and try to understand the business objective behind the software.
• You don’t shy away from providing feedback to your colleagues and you don’t get offended when you receive constructive criticism.

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in Full stack engineering roles
