We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and lead the end-to-end execution of complex projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project life cycles, ensuring alignment with both technical and business goals, and delivering results on time and within scope. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources efficiently, and drive the successful completion of large-scale, deadline-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Strong experience with full-stack technologies, including PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, front-end and back-end frameworks, database management, and system architecture.
• Project Leadership: Oversee the execution of multiple large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success while ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes. Ensure clear, effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, resolve issues as they arise, and implement corrective actions to mitigate any potential delays or setbacks.
• Full-Stack Technology Management: Leverage your deep knowledge of full-stack technologies to support development teams, ensure technical feasibility, and provide solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Process Improvement: Apply best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to optimize project workflows, improve team efficiency, and enhance project outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs that align with the business goals and customer expectations.
• Resource Allocation: Effectively manage resources and budgets, ensuring optimal use of time, skills, and finances to achieve project milestones.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong experience with full-stack technologies, including both front-end and back-end frameworks, database management, and system architecture.
• Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of managing large-scale projects using various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset and the capacity to make data-driven decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience leading Full Stack technologies projects.
• Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex, deadline-driven projects within scope, on time, and on budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern software development tools.
