Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer specializing in React and React Native, with a strong understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimization, and cross-platform development. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and a proven track record of building scalable, intuitive, and high-performance web and mobile applications. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating seamless user experiences and eager to work on impactful, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development (Primary Focus)

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance user interfaces using React and React Native.
• Implement and optimize reusable components for web and mobile applications.
• Build and maintain responsive, pixel-perfect UI designs that adapt seamlessly to different devices and screen sizes.
• Integrate APIs and backend services into front-end applications.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring minimal latency and smooth user experiences.
• Collaborate with designers to transform mockups into interactive prototypes.

DevOps and CI/CD

• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment of front-end applications.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for React Native projects using tools like GitHub Actions or similar.
• Debug and troubleshoot deployment issues in cloud environments, including Azure or AWS.

Team Collaboration and Mentorship

• Work closely with backend developers, project managers, and UI/UX designers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Core Front-End Expertise

• 3-4 years of experience with React and React Native development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Expertise in responsive design and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of front-end build tools like Webpack, Metro, and Babel.

DevOps and Cloud

• Familiarity with setting up CI/CD pipelines for React Native applications.
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments, especially Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.

Additional Skills

• Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for front-end development.
• Knowledge of testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with real-time data handling (e.g., WebSocket) in React Native.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and integration with front-end apps.
• Familiarity with Flutter for cross-functional collaboration purposes.
