Position: Senior Flutter Developer  

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our team who can create amazing cross-platform applications for mobile, web, and desktop using the Flutter framework and the Dart programming language. You will be working with a team of developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality app experiences to our users. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework. 
• Write readable and clear code using Dart that will be extensively documented for future use and upgrades. 
• Implement advanced state management solutions, such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc, to ensure efficient and organized management of application state. 
• Integrate WebRTC technology to enable real-time, peer-to-peer communication features within the Flutter application, such as video/audio conferencing, screen sharing, and file sharing. 
• Implement Socket.IO or similar real-time communication protocols to build seamless, low-latency, and bidirectional communication channels between the Flutter app and the backend. 
• Design and integrate database solutions, such as Firebase, SQLite, or Realm, to handle data storage, synchronization, and offline capabilities within the Flutter application. 
• Reviewing and translating business requirements/user stories into development requirements in coordination with Scrum Team procedures. 
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional apps with a focus on aesthetics and user experience. 
• Conduct code review and provide constructive feedback to other team members. 
• Maintain automated deployment or build procedures and mobile app distribution procedures. 
• Conduct thorough testing of applications, including unit testing and integration testing. 
• Provide regular and effective progress updates to ensure transparency of risks or impediments. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• At least 3+ years of experience in Flutter development. 
• Extensive experience in Dart programming and Flutter framework. 
• Experience with Flutter Database and encryption-related skills is a plus. 
• Proficiency in state management libraries such as Provider, GetX, and BLoC, with a strong grasp of their strengths and applications. 
• Proficiency in state management solutions, such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc. 
• Exceptional architecture knowledge, enabling you to design scalable and maintainable code architectures. 
• Familiarity with version control, code review, and CI/CD tools. 
• Adept at solving intricate problems with ingenuity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions. 
• Hands on experience of Socket.IO, WebRTC and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for real-time communication and engaging user experiences. 
• Strong understanding of animations, capable of adding a layer of enchantment to our applications. 
• Commitment to design precision, ensuring accurate and meticulous design implementation. 
• Proficiency in implementing comprehensive unit tests to ensure software reliability.

Salary: 80k-100K+ (Negotiable)
