Summary of Responsibilities:
Under the Country Representative's supervision, the Senior Finance and Grants Manager is responsible for managing the financial systems and operations within the Nepal office. S/he assists the Country Representative and Deputy Country Representative in planning and developing financial and administrative systems, policies, and procedures that are consistent with Asia Foundation guidelines and policies. S/he provides technical assistance to TAF/NP’s Finance& Grants unit, and to Foundation grantees.
