About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Servicing Executive to manage customer accounts and act as a vital link between clients and our agency. You will be the primary contact for your assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and tailored marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients.
- Research and prepare client presentations, reports, and conduct in-person client meetings.
- Research industry and competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolios.
- Understand client goals and digital marketing needs, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and more.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive campaign strategy and development.
- Identify growth opportunities from client portfolios and drive revenue.
- Stay current on emerging online trends and best practices within the digital marketing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and specifications.
- Develop and implement brand and campaign strategies.
- Liaise with internal teams to deliver creative campaigns and solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Organize promotional events and recommend advertising materials.
- Utilize networking techniques to attract new business.
- Negotiate budgets, deadlines, and make persuasive presentations to clients.
- Manage administrative tasks and maintain thorough records of client interactions.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment while handling multiple tasks and projects.
- Contribute positively to the team, aiming to achieve both short- and long-term revenue goals.
- Document daily activity in Google Docs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Senior Client Servicing Executive or related role.
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising methods.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts from diverse industries.
