  • Maintain Employee Relations, Enforcement of Disciplinary Actions, Employee Records.
  • Design and run employee training and development programs.
  • Designing compensation and benefits packages.
  • Should have experience dealing with labour Union.
  • Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations) Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them.
