Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counselor to join our team at Heritage Educational Consultancy. As a Counselor, you will be responsible for providing expert counseling services to students seeking to study abroad for higher education. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong knowledge of immigration and education procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive counseling sessions with students and their parents to understand their study abroad goals and aspirations
Guide students in selecting the right course and university based on their academic background, skills, and career objectives
Assist students in completing application forms, visa documentation, and other necessary paperwork
Keep up-to-date with the latest information on immigration and education policies and procedures of various countries
Build and maintain relationships with partner universities and educational institutions to provide the best options for students
Organize and conduct seminars and workshops to educate students on the admission process, visa requirements, and living abroad
Provide continuous support and guidance to students from the application stage until they reach their destination
Establish and maintain a database of students, their academic records, and their progress throughout the counseling process
Achieve targets and contribute towards the overall growth of the organization
