- Meeting and counseling prospective students who are interested in studying abroad and their parents in understanding their goal, affordability, and desire and helping them identify the right university by providing them with details, the admission process, and accurate information about the city, institution, program, and educational experience as a whole
- Motivating, developing, and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
- Handling student queries, particularly looking to study abroad
- Regular follow-ups to ensure that the students process abroad for the company
- Analyze progress; determine eligibility, necessity, and resources to progress toward the target
- Check various forms for accuracy such as curriculum changes, visa policy changes, and fee schedule changes, and update the same in the information system
- Regularly search options for students to satisfy specific degree requirements
- Coordinate with the students to facilitate documentation and visa application
- Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity
- Responsible for proper storage of the documents, cataloging, and retrieving as required
- Responsible for the security of the documents, assigning access, and removing and destroying obsolete documents
- Interprets and explains college and university policies and procedures; participates in the preparation of orientations and presents academic information to students and parents during counseling sessions
- Advising students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation, and preparing students for their studies abroad
