Roles and responsibilities of this job

Academic Qualification:

Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction management.

Work Experience and Eligibility Criteria:

Must have 15 years or more relevant working experience in the building construction sector, preferably on projects funded by International Development Agencies.
Possess wide experience in the contract and procurement management, checking of quantities, and certifying interim payment certificates, recommend extensions of time and variation orders.
Shall have management leadership and corporate culture promoting qualities.
Must have high level of analytical skills, capable of quickly sensing the interests of stakeholders and acting upon accordingly. Proficient in report writing both in English.
Shall be recognized from his/her past performances.
Must have good communication skills.
Shall be familiar with Auto Cad, Excel, Word and MS Project.
Must have valid two-wheeler driving license.

Salary and Fringe Benefits: Negotiable depending on the proven competency of the candidate.

Duration: Two and half years with two months probation period.

Starting date: Immediately after successful negotiation.
