Academic Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction management.

Work Experience and Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have 15 years or more relevant working experience in the building construction sector, preferably on projects funded by International Development Agencies.
• Possess wide experience in the contract and procurement management, checking of quantities, and certifying interim payment certificates, recommend extensions of time and variation orders.
• Shall have management leadership and corporate culture promoting qualities.
• Must have high level of analytical skills, capable of quickly sensing the interests of stakeholders and acting upon accordingly. Proficient in report writing both in English.
• Shall be recognized from his/her past performances.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Shall be familiar with Auto Cad, Excel, Word and MS Project.
• Must have valid two-wheeler driving license.

Salary and Fringe Benefits: Negotiable depending on the proven competency of the candidate.

Duration: Two and half years with two months probation period.

Starting date: Immediately after successful negotiation.
