Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Corporate Sales Manager, located in Kathmandu. The Senior Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for online bidding, tender preparation and submission, account management, lead generation, sales, customer service, and sales operations. These day-to-day tasks involve building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Account Management, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
  • Prior experience in performing duties in tenders and contracts 
  • Experience in customer service and sales operations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of public procurement contracting and tendering principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the computer hardware industry is a plus

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation and submission of Request for Proposals and other tender documents in compliance with legal and corporation requirements.
  • Assists in developing, implementing, and monitoring the tendering and contract processes and policies in compliance with regulations and Corporation's requirements.
  • Assists with the coordination of the tenders process from the pre-qualification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out, extension, and renewals of contracts.
