ob Summary

The Senior Content Writer carries out the responsibilities of a Content Writer (producing effective and engaging digital and print content for in-house products and plays an active role in the development of various applications) and due to their level of seniority, H/she handles bigger projects and more complex analysis work in the Content team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Write clear and concise instructional and user content of the company’s applications, and deliver exciting and insightful marketing content to achieve strategic marketing goals.
• Write, proofread and edit website content for clarity, grammar, spelling, brand/voice consistency and style.
• Create, draft, write and edit marketing content pertaining to all aspects of enterprise web systems.
• Work across the company with other writers, designers, developers & Managers to produce creative, original and stylish content that meets the business goals of assigned projects.
• Write high-impact action driven communications such as articles, PRs, blogs, ads, emails, video scripts, news, product information sheets and other web content required.
• Create content for promotional materials pertaining to marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) related activities. 
• Write and edit best practice guides, eBooks, white papers, solution briefs, application notes, case studies, and presentations.
• NC, Corrective & Preventive Action: Highlight actual or potential non-conformances to supervisor or Manager, Identify non-conformance and report to relevant Manger, Follow this procedure upon detection of non-conformance

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or Master preferably in IT or English.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in web content writing.
• Experience in technical writing and technical editing. Skills including the demonstrated ability to write concise, clear, logical content that is grammatically and stylistically correct.
• Familiarity with internet marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or web development is a plus.
• Knowledge and understanding of Information Development Life Cycle of a Technical Product (preferable). 
• Preferably knowledge in programming languages and database.
• Must be very able to work under very little or no supervision and be a good team player, be detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to multiple projects.
• Highly creative, strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
