The candidate for this position will be based in Lalitpur and expected to perform following tasks:

• Responsible for the data collection, management, and safe storage of transit data from district offices via the Nagarik Aawaz’s data portal.
• Ensure effective data protection, documentation, and communication for the programs/projects.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of program-related activities, including case management, in coordination with the team.
• Collaborate closely with the District Documentation Officer and program team to facilitate smooth implementation and planning of programs
• Work closely with the communication team of Nagarik Aawaz to align communication strategies with program objectives
• Communicate and coordinate with external stakeholders in relation to the work of Nagarik Aawaz
• Develop a comprehensive communication work plan for each financial year in consultation with the team.
• Ensure regular updates to the Nagarik Aawaz website and effectively link program activities for maximum visibility
• Take responsibility for all Nagarik Aawaz publications and official documents/ reports.

Minimum required qualification: Masters degrees in related field with two years of work experiences.

Duration: Initially for two year with possible extension.
