Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping RigoHR's growth and success. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients by showcasing the value of RigoHR software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Managing outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
  • Monitoring client activities in CRM.
  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and discuss the same with the internal team.
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Developing business proposals customized for diverse industries.
  • Overseeing the development of proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within Business Development as well as the Customer Success Department and Accounts Department.
  • Any other tasks as assigned to you by the HOD and other executives.
  • Primary reporting to the Head of Department.
