The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive - Business Development to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development initiatives to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring win-win partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media) to generate leads and support sales efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business development and digital marketing.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and achieving new business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing operations, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools a plus.
