Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead design development and project execution. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in translating creative concepts into well-detailed designs and ensuring flawless execution on-site. This position requires strong design leadership, technical expertise, and close coordination with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural and interior design concepts from concept stage through detailed design development.
Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
Ensure design intent is accurately executed during on-site implementation.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and present design solutions.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and design compliance.
Review shop drawings, material samples, and specifications for approval.
Resolve design-related issues during execution while maintaining project timelines.
Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
5–6+ years of relevant professional experience in architectural and interior design.
Strong design sensibility with sound technical and construction knowledge.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization tools such as Lumion or Enscape.
Hands-on experience in residential and/or boutique commercial projects.
Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently from design to execution.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
