Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company's operations
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
Handle cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and provide recommendations for improvement
Conduct month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Prepare tax returns and handle all tax-related matters
Communicate regularly with senior management on financial strategy and performance
Mentor and train junior accounting staff

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Masters and above (MBS/MBA/CA) degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience: Preference shall be given to candidates with priorwork experience
Salary: Rs.80.000 and negotiable (as per candidate's experience)
