Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administration Assistant to join our team.  We are looking to add to our business support/operations team. The ideal candidate will support team in reviewing workflow and assist with managing WIP and billings the accounting team that provides financial and tax-related services of various client organizations based in Australia.

Responsibilities:

1.    Practice Administration

  • Oversee that client work is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Support team in reviewing workflow and assessing resourcing and capacity requirements
  • Assist with managing WIP and billings of accounting team
  • Ensure smooth running of the office and workflow
  • Provide business clients with a complete checklist of information needed before each business job is started
  • Setting up working papers for business jobs for the Client Managers
  • General ad-hoc admin duties 

    2.    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the client and other team members to gather financial information and provide support.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: BBM/BBA/MBM/MBA or related Field.
    • Proven experience as a Practice Administrator or Office Manager or in a similar role.
    • Business Management qualification is desirable
    • Accounting qualification is desirable but not a necessity
    • Strong Microsoft Suite/IT  proficiency
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
