Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Manage general ledger and assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare and file tax returns ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Handle TDS and payroll management.
  • Develop and implement internal control procedures to enhance financial accuracy and prevent fraud.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies identified during audits.
  • Supervise, mentor, and verify the work of assistant accounting staff.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
