Finard Consultants Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
VAT and bank reconciliation.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls.
Assist with audits and tax filings as needed.
Mentor and train junior accounting staff.

Note: Salary no bar for deserving candidate

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in Business Studies (MBS).
Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar role, preferably at a group of companies which hold business of Trading and Restaurants.
Knowledge of Accounting software such as Acme preferred.
Knowledge OF VAT and Income Tax
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
