Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset. Train juniors and lead a team.

Responsibilities:

Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
Research and analyze expense variances for company management

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance required
Minimum 3 years of experience in professional accounting experience
Strong financial analysis skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and stress management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
Ability to train and manage staff
Ability to work with little to no supervision
Prior work experience in FMCG background would be a bonus
