Remuneration: No Salary Bar for High Performers along with Performance-based bonuses, client acquisition incentive and annual profit-sharing.

About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team at Adbhud Marketing . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing client accounts, onboarding new clients, and driving revenue growth. With at least 8 years of experience in the advertising industry and an MBA in Marketing, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategic marketing plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to onboard new clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized advertising strategies.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase agency revenue through upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the agency’s service offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets set by the agency.
  • Mentor and guide junior account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide strategic input during creative brainstorming sessions and campaign development.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing client accounts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, junior teams and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools.
  • Deep understanding of the Nepalese advertising market and consumer behavior.

Targets & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Onboard a minimum of 20 new clients annually.
  • Achieve a 25% increase in revenue from existing clients year-over-year.
  • Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
  • Ensure that 95% of campaigns are delivered on time and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement training programs for junior account executives, resulting in a 15% improvement in their performance metrics.
