Job Description

The Senior Account / Finance Officer is responsible for managing and supervising day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management with timely financial reporting and analysis.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and other statutory regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Handle Letter of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT), and other banking transactions.
  • Verify and approve vouchers, invoices, and payment requests.
  • Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
  • Provide management with financial insights and recommendations for decision-making.
