This is a mid-level position that requires a candidate with a strong background in the insurance industry, specifically in the underwriting department and claims handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and  liaison with underwriting of insurance policies for construction projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers and brokers.
• Manage and monitor insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to insurance policies or claims.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all insurance laws and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper risk management practices are in place.
• Prepare reports and presentations on insurance-related matters for management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a construction company.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting and claims handling processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office and insurance-related software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
