Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and compliance activities while working closely with the senior accounting team. This role is suited for candidates pursuing CA or those who have completed CA Intermediate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analysis.
Support statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audits.
Handle VAT, TDS, income tax computations, and regulatory filings.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Review and verify financial transactions, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments on financial matters.
Support senior accountants and management in financial decision-making.

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Semi-Qualified CA (CA Intermediate completed or equivalent).
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (articleship experience acceptable).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, or similar).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
