Job Description

  • Manage the backlog of sellers trying to onboard on the Live stream platform
  • Build solution to train, onboard and incubate all newly acquired sellers to maximize performance via relevant content & format and ensure strong compliance of Daraz Live
  • Perform initial training via calls/ and sharing of all relevant contents to ensure successful onboarding and focus from seller on all relevant dimensions from a quantitative aspect (sales, stream quality requirements, engagement requirements, compliance requirements etc.) and a qualitative aspect (how to access the data / performance etc.)
  • Manage robust processes to get onboarded sellers transferred to relevant KAM long-tail segment
  • Manage an incubation journey of 1 month and ensure they achieve incubation milestones

Requirements

  • Master's with at least one year of experience in vendor training, incubation or operations role
  • Go-getter attitude, willing to immerse themselves in the business, and a proactive approach to getting things done
  • Adaptive to changing scope and evolving business environments as per business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with different stakeholders across various business environments and cultures successfully
