About the job

Responsibilities:

• 2 years of related working experience 
• Having Technical understanding of security solitions like Firewall, Endpoint, VA solution etc 
• Responding to first level of support for security solutions
• Configuring and installing various security devices 
• Performing maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Monitoring security solutions performance and availability
• Creating and enforcing network security policies and best practices
• Conducting periodic health check of security solution and recommendation
• Responding to security-related events and incidents
• Knowledge of Network tools Wireshark, tshark, tcpdump 
• Understating of TCP/IP, DNS, Encryption and routing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree of computer science or related field.
• 2+years of experience working with information security solutions and services.
• Hands on experience in Network security
• Must have experience working in a customer-facing role 
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and efficiently, as well as with others, to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional security certification like CompTIA Security+ , CCNA Security, Firewall will be added advantage
