Job Summary
The Secretary / Customer Service Executive provides high-level administrative, organizational, and secretarial support to the GM. The role ensures efficient day-to-day operations of the GM’s office by managing schedules, communications, and confidential information while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (Gate group and customers).
