  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Maintain security and telecommunications system
  • Handle the day-to-day work schedule of the Chairman and the CEO
  • Comply with meeting notice requirements and ample time to conduct the meetings
  • Maintain important corporate documents and records
  • Dealing with correspondence and administrative task
  • Other duties as assigned by senior
