  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
  • Manage communication channels, both internal and external, including emails, calls, and written correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for the management team.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring positive and professional interactions.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and secure record-keeping.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
