Job Description

Prepare Lesson Plans in a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
Designing, developing, and delivering quality lesson plans and curricula that adhere to national and school guidelines
Setting up demonstrations and assisting and supervising students while they conduct experiments
Providing extra resources, support, and interventions for students who are struggling
Motivate students for learning new things and shaping positive behavior
Counsel parents as well as students as per need to support student's learning
Creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and voicing concerns
Organize content-related activities, projects and culminate to track a proper learning cycle in students
